Flexibility Exercises For Golf Will Produce a Tension-Free Swing

Flexibility exercises for golf is a critical component for the implementation of a repeatable, efficient and mechanically sound golf swing ... that the X-factor produced by 90-degree shoulder turn, with only 45 degrees of hip turn.
